Cargo Handling. Carrier shall properly and carefully load, handle, stow, carry and discharge Shipper's Cargo. The types of Cargo carried under this Contract shall be petroleum products, including, but not limited to, aviation grade kerosene (to be used for non-aviation purposes only), non-aviation gas turbine fuels, naphtha, diesel fuel oils and residual fuel oils, with a maximum of three (3) grades within the Barge's natural segregation. It is the intention of Shipper that the Cargo transported under this Contract will include but not be limited to Grade A petroleum products, Diesel Fuel Oil and No. 6 Industrial Fuel Oil which are approximately described in Exhibits E and F, attached hereto and incorporated herein, respectively. No Cargo, thing or substance which, due to its composition, size, shape, weight or any combination thereof, constitutes an unreasonable hazard to the Barge, its equipment and/or the safe operation thereof, shall be shipped, nor shall any voyage be undertaken nor any goods or Cargo loaded that would involve any risk of seizure, capture or penalty by any government or governmental authority, nor shall any contraband of war be shipped.
