Common use of Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Carer’s Leave. (i) An employee with responsibilities in relation to members of his or her immediate family or household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use up to 40 hours personal leave each year to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill.
