Care of Uniforms. The employee who is provided with uniforms and/or protective clothing shall be responsible for their routine care, cleaning or laundering. The employee will be reimbursed $5.00 per pay period (including during vacations) for the laundering of their uniforms. Laundering costs will not be paid to employees on the following leaves:

Care of Uniforms. The City shall provide laundry service for the uniforms. Each field employee shall take proper care of uniforms and maintain high standards of personal grooming and neatness. Hair, jewelry and accessories must not impede the safe and efficient execution of assigned duties.
Care of Uniforms. The proper care and laundering of uniforms is the responsibility of the Employee. Stolen uniforms shall be replaced by CTS upon receipt of a police report or other clear evidence of theft. Lost uniforms shall be replaced at the cost of the Employee.

As determined by the Employer, Team Members may be allowed to wear uniforms while going to and from work. Team Members shall be responsible for their loss of or negligent damage to uniforms and clothing furnished by the Employer. Subject to applicable law, the Employer may deduct from a Team Member's paycheck the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of any Employer issued uniform, except to the extent that the Employer determines in its sole discretion that normal wear and tear is the basis for repair or replacement of any Employer issued uniform.

  • Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.

  • Family Care and Medical Leave An unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave shall be granted, to the extent of and subject to the restrictions as set forth below, to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months and who has served for 130 workdays during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the leave. For purposes of this Section, furlough days and days worked during off-basis time shall count as "workdays". Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
