CARD FACILITIES. 6.1. The Cardholder may use the Card, in conjunction with the PIN, to withdraw money from ATMs that accept the Card when they are operating subject to applicable fees and charges. The amount of money to be withdrawn by the Cardholder shall be debited from the Account. ATM withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits specific to members of the Bank's service network(s), provided that the available balance is greater than the amount requested.
CARD FACILITIES. We may determine at our sole discretion the Card Facilities that you may utilise in connection with using your Card. We may add to, remove or modify any such Card Facilities at our absolute sole discretion at any time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that in utilising any Card Facilities, you shall be bound by such terms and conditions governing the use of such Card Facilities as may be relevant.
CARD FACILITIES. We may determine at our sole discretion the Card Facilities that you may utilise in connection with using your Card. We may add to, remove or modify any such Card Facilities at our absolute sole discretion at any time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that in utilising any Card Facilities, you shall be bound by such terms and conditions governing the use of such Card Facilities as may be relevant. If you intend to use your Card in connection with any Digital Payment Service, you must comply with such card activation, security and other procedures as may be prescribed by us from time to time. You shall be solely responsible for obtaining at your cost any Enabled Devices, software and/or telecommunications or other services necessary for the use of any Digital Payment Service. If you are a Supplementary Cardmember, you may be subject to further activation, security and other procedures in relation to any Digital Payment Service as may be prescribed by us from time to time.
CARD FACILITIES. 2.1 Any Card may be used for making payments to Merchants subject to this Agreement and to such terms, conditions, requirements, limitations and procedures as may be imposed or established by DBS, any Merchant, American Express, MasterCard or VISA from time to time.
CARD FACILITIES. (a) The Cardholder is entitled to purchase goods and obtain services provided by third parties which have agreed with the Bank or Visa or MasterCard (as the case may be) to accept the Card in payment for goods and/or services up to the credit limit stipulated in the Card. No other person is allowed to use the Card to make any transactions.
CARD FACILITIES. You may use your Card for making authorised purchases. No other person is allowed to use your Card and/or PIN to make any transactions. We may determine at our sole discretion the facilities that you may utilise using your Card. Should we decide to, we may also modify any such facilities.
CARD FACILITIES. You agree and acknowledge that in utilising any of the Card Facilities we make available to you, you shall be bound by terms and conditions governing the use of such facility (whether by us or the operator). Where there is any inconsistency between the aforesaid terms and conditions and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
CARD FACILITIES. 3.1 General Facilities A Cardholder can access funds in the Linked Account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide to pay for goods and services, where the Card is accepted. the Card can be used to pay for goods and/or services using EFTPoS, internet or telephone. The Card can be used to withdraw funds via ATM, where the Visa or Visa Plus logo is displayed. the Card can be used to pay for goods or services using an EFTPoS, where the Visa or Visa Plus logo is displayed.
CARD FACILITIES. 2.1 The Cardholder may use the Card to pay for goods or services at retailers or suppliers worldwide who accept the Card by signing a sales voucher, by entering the Card information on the Internet, by signing a mail order purchase form showing the number printed on the Card or by placing an order by telephone and quoting the number printed on the Card, and the Bank will debit to the Account the amount of any such Transaction authorized in such way.
CARD FACILITIES. From time to time, Shinhan shall offer program(s)/service(s) for Credit Card which shall be governed by specific terms and conditions of such program(s)/service(s) and in case of any conflict between those specific terms and conditions herein, then the specific terms and conditions of such program(s)/ service(s) shall prevail. Details of terms and conditions of each program/service are published at website xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx and are subject to change from time to time.
