Common use of Card Expiration Clause in Contracts

Card Expiration. The Card plastic is valid through the expiration date shown on the front of the Card, except where prohibited or modified by applicable law. The funds associated with the Card do not expire. You will not be able to use your Card after the expiration date; however, you may request a replacement Card at no cost to you by following the procedures in the paragraph labeled “Card Replacement.” The new Card will have a value equal to the remaining balance of the expired Card.
