Common use of Card Expiration Clause in Contracts

Card Expiration. Subject to applicable law, you may use your Card only through the Card expiration date. The expiration date is identified on your Card. The funds in your Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date on your Card, but may be subject to fees.
