Carbon Designee. Carbon shall be entitled to appoint one (1) person to serve on the Board (“Carbon Designee”). The current Carbon Designee is identified on Exhibit B attached hereto.

Unbundled Copper Loop – Non-Designed (UCL-ND 2.4.3.1 The UCL–ND is provisioned as a dedicated 2-wire metallic transmission facility from BellSouth’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to a customer’s premises (including the NID). The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.
Study Design This includes a discussion of the evaluation design employed including research questions and hypotheses; type of study design; impacted populations and stakeholders; data sources; and data collection; analysis techniques, including controls or adjustments for differences in comparison groups, controls for other interventions in the State and any sensitivity analyses, and limitations of the study.
Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).
Timber Designations Timber designated for cutting shall be confined to Sale Area, except as provided in B2.131, B2.14, B2.15, B2.32, and B5.1. Sale Area Map indicates subdivisions, if any, where Marking under B2.35 is to be done after timber sale advertisement, except for construction clearing under B2.32, minor changes under B2.37, and damaged timber. The boundaries of Clearcutting Units, Overstory Re- moval Units, and Understory Removal Units were plainly Marked on ground before timber sale advertisement and are shown on Sale Area Map. Boundary trees shall not be cut. The number of units and approximate acreage of timber designations are stated in A3.
ROADWAY DESIGN MISCELLANEOUS (ROADWAY) The Engineer shall provide the following services:

Project Design Applicants must design a project that provides access to health services to enable eligible women and men experiencing health needs to secure and maintain safe and accessible quality screening and diagnostic services, comprehensive family planning, and/ or other women’s health services.
Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.
Board Observer Rights For so long as the Pfizer Post-Closing Shareholder holds at least twenty percent (20%) of the Equivalent Shares held by it as of the Closing, the Pfizer Post-Closing Shareholder shall have the right to designate one (1) natural person reasonably acceptable to the Company to attend each regularly scheduled, special and other meeting (including telephonic meetings) of the Board and any committees thereof as a non-voting observer (in such capacity, a “Non-Voting Observer”); provided, that the Non-Voting Observer shall enter into a customary confidentiality agreement with the Company on terms reasonably acceptable to the Company, which shall be no less favorable to the Company than the confidentiality provisions applicable to the Pfizer Post-Closing Shareholder under Section 4.7. Notice of the time and place of each such meeting shall be given to the Non-Voting Observer in the same manner and at the same time as notice is given to the Directors. The Non-Voting Observer shall be given copies of all notices, reports, minutes, consents and other documents and materials at the time and in the manner as are provided to the Board or the applicable committee thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Non-Voting Observer may be excluded from access to the portion of any meeting of the Board or any committee thereof or the portion of material relating thereto if the Board or such committee reasonably determines in good faith that such access would be reasonably likely to (a) prevent the members of the Board or such committee from engaging in attorney-client privileged communication with counsel, or (b) result in a material conflict of interest with the Company or one or more of its subsidiaries, so long as, in each case, the Company promptly notifies the Non-Voting Observer of such determination and provides the Non-Voting Observer a general description of the information or materials that have been withheld to the extent that providing such description does not jeopardize the attorney-client privilege to be preserved or result in the material conflict to be avoided (it being understood and agreed that the Company will take, and will cause its subsidiaries to take, reasonable steps to minimize any such exclusions).
Nomination The Allottee admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Promoter) as nomination charge to the Promoter subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the below mentioned conditions:
