Car Lease. The Company shall assign the lease relating to R. --------- Xxxxxxx'x car to X. Xxxxxxx following the Closing and X. Xxxxxxx hereby agrees to accept such assignment and further agrees that the Company and DoveBid shall be released from all further obligations with respect to such lease upon such assignment.
Car Lease. Scholastic shall continue to lease a car for Feiwel throughout the term of this Agreement according to the same terms and conditions as have been provided throughout Feiwel's prior employment by Scholastic.
Car Lease. The Company shall continue to pay the monthly lease payments due under that certain Master Lease Agreement with a Lease Date of November, 23, 2013, with Floors-N-More, LLC and Sxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx listed as lessee and co-lessee; provided, however that the Executive assumes full liability for, and fully indemnifies the Company with respect to, all other amounts that may be due under such lease or otherwise related to the leased vehicle, including, without limitation, required car insurance.
Car Lease. On the Effective Date, Employee shall return to the --------- Company the Range Rover vehicle leased by the Company and used by the Employee.
Car Lease. Executive may lease an automobile in his own name and at Company expense. Executive shall cause the vehicle to be properly insured and maintained. During Executive's employment hereunder, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable costs associated with such lease, including lease costs, costs of insurance, routine maintenance, and service and repair of the vehicle, provided that the Company's obligation pursuant to this Section 3(g) shall not exceed $1,000 per month, plus the reasonable costs of parking.
Car Lease. On the Effective Date, Employee shall return to the Company the BMW automobile leased by the Company and used by the Employee.
Car Lease. Jxxx Xxxxxxxx shall assume and indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all car lease and related insurance payments related to the use of any vehicle.
