Captions and Section Numbers. The captions, paragraph numbers, and article numbers appearing anywhere in this Lease are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or intent of any such Paragraphs or Articles of this Lease nor in any way affect this Lease. All references herein to “Articles,” “Paragraphs,” or “Sub-Paragraphs” are references to articles, paragraphs, or sub-paragraphs of this Lease.
