Captioning. Supplier must submit accurate captions (title, date, location) together with release information (when available) and any applicable usage restrictions for the Content. Supplier agrees to indemnify Nippon News against any claim that the Content is inaccurately captioned.

Captioning. If captioning is readily available to CDD for any Movies when broadcast or transmitted by CDD or its licensees in Latin America and/or Brazil (i.e., apart from this Agreement), then CDD shall provide such captioning to Apple. In the event that captioning is required as a matter of law for a Movie, and such captioning is not provided to Apple hereunder by CDD, then nothing contained herein shall obligate Apple to distribute such Movie.
Captioning. Captioning services requires multiple steps including transcript creation including all dialog and relevant audio cues (laughter, music, etc) generate time coded template, opening/closing captions, performing Quality Control with native speaker. TransPerfect ensures all transcribed text matches the moving visual images on the screen. Position Description: responsible for matching transcribed text to the corresponding visual images on a screen. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent • 3 years of experience working on captioning projects • Native speaker • Expertise with captioning software All Languages Per minute
Captioning.  If you are hard of hearing but do not use sign language, you can request that CDOC provide text or captions by “automatic speech recognition” (ASR) for the meetings listed above. ASR converts whatever the speaker is saying into text so you can read it.  CDOC will provide closed captioning for any videos it shows, including intake and orientation videos and educational videos, and any videos CDOC creates. TELEPHONES: CDOC will provide the following on an equal basis with the way it provides regular telephones to hearing incarcerated people:  Videophones for Xxxx incarcerated people who communicate using sign language.  Captioned telephones for hard of hearing incarcerated people.
