Capstone Right to Subcontract Development Commitments. Capstone may subcontract any part of the Development to a third party. Capstone shall impose on such third party the same obligations as Capstone owes UTCP hereunder and shall ensure that all such subcontractors comply with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
