Common use of Capitalized Lease Clause in Contracts

Capitalized Lease. Obligations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries incurred by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries after the Restatement Effective Date and Indebtedness incurred pursuant to purchase money mortgages permitted by Section 8.03(l), provided that the aggregate amount of Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this clause (d) shall not exceed $15,000,000 at any time outstanding;

Capitalized Lease.
