Capital Contribution Certificate. After Party A completes industrial and commercial change registration procedures, Party B shall have the right to demand Party A to timely issue a capital contribution certificate. The certificate shall bear the common seal of Party A and indicate the following: (1) Company’s name; (2) Company’s registration date; (3) Company’s registered capital (4) Shareholder’s name, amount and date of capital contribution; (5) Number and issuing date of capital contribution certificate.
