Capgemini will accept new requests for project work into the Remedy system from the agencies and will assign to appropriate work queues to be solutioned and implemented post WITO Period (7/1/12), unless the solution request is related to a performance/capacity problem in which case escalated review and approval may result in more immediate project activities.
