Common use of Cape Town Convention Clause in Contracts

Cape Town Convention. (a) Lessee shall promptly make or approve registrations, filings and recordings, and/or do or cause to be done such additional acts and things which may be reasonably requested by Lessor (for itself or for and on behalf of Owner and any Financing Party) as being required by or advisable under applicable law, in order (x) that the Operative Documents effectively constitute international interests, while retaining the commercial and business agreements of the parties as described therein in any such new Operative Documents, and provide to the such parties the full benefit of the Cape Town Convention with respect to the Aircraft and the Engines, and (y) the Operative Documents contain such provisions as may be necessary to confirm the commercial and business agreements of the parties therein to the greatest extent permitted under the Cape Town Convention, including, without limitation, with respect to:
