Capable. For the purpose of this Collective Agreement the term "capable" shall be defined as an employee's capability to perform another job competently without additional training. In cases of layoffs and recall this will not preclude an employee a brief (up to one [1] week) re-familiarization period for employees who have been away from a job for a period of time.
