Cap on Salaries. None of the funds awarded to the Grantee through this Agreement shall be used to pay, either through a grant or other external mechanism, the salary of an individual at a rate in excess of Executive Level II. The current rates of pay for the Executive Schedule are located on the United States Office of Personnel Management web site, xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx, by navigating to Policy — Pay & Leave — Salaries & Wages. The salary rate limitation does not restrict the salary that a Grantee may pay an individual under its employment; rather, it merely limits the portion of that salary that may be paid with funds from this Agreement.
