Cap on Repayment Sample Clauses

Cap on Repayment. In no event shall the aggregate amount of all repayments required of Consultant under this Section 8.3 exceed Consultant's Pro Rata Portion (as defined in Section 8.3(e)) of the Outstanding Liabilities, and in no event shall such aggregate amount exceed the Fee actually received by Consultant.
