Canvass. Where the Employer identifies a need to proceed with a layoff pursuant to Article the Employer shall the Bargaining Unit Chairperson and the Staff Representative, in writing, prior to the issuing of any layoff notices.   • Canvassing soliciting and peddling in the Project are prohibited and each tenant shall cooperate to prevent the same.

Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • No Advertising PSP shall not advertise that it is doing business with TFC or use this Agreement or any Assignment as any sort of marketing or sales tool without the prior written consent of TFC.
