Common use of Canopies Clause in Contracts

Canopies. The installation of any type of canopy on a site must first be approved by park management. Canopies including deck covering, are to cover a maximum of two hundred square feet (10’ x 20’) and may not exceed twelve feet total height. Canopies may not have solid side panels or walls. The color of your canopy must also be approved by park management. Note. only one canopy or pre-existing roof is permitted per site. Custom canopies are permitted but must first be approved by park management. Sketches and/or drawings may be required.
