Candidate Proposals Clause Samples

Candidate Proposals. Once the candidates have been assessed, the commission will present the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a proposal listing all the candidates that have passed the assessment in order of preference. This proposal will also list the reasons why each candidate has been accepted and will be binding. The commission may also propose that the post remains unfilled. If the commission cannot agree unanimously on the proposal, the dissenting member will provide his/her own evaluation and order of preference of the candidates that have passed the assessment. Once the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has seen the proposal, he/she will pass a resolution naming a candidate for each post in the order proposed by the commission, until all the contested posts have been filled. This resolution will be published on the notice board of the Human Resources Service.
