Cancellation of Professional Services ad hoc service bookings. If a Client cancels a Professional Service booking the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation of Professional Services. Viewpoint may charge Customer a cancellation fee in accordance with this Section if any Professional Services are cancelled or rescheduled by Customer. All cancellations or notices of rescheduling must be made in writing to Viewpoint. Customer will remain responsible for any travel expenses incurred by Viewpoint in connection with the cancelled or rescheduled Professional Services that cannot be reasonably cancelled or mitigated by Viewpoint.
Cancellation of Professional Services fixed price project:
Cancellation of Professional Services. The Customer agrees to adhere to the dates scheduled for provision of Professional Services by Xxxxxx as stated in the applicable Statement of Work. If the Customer wishes to reschedule or cancel the dates for the provision of the Professional Services, Ultima will use reasonable endeavours to re-assign allocated resources to other clients. If such re-assignment is not possible and the Customer has not provided at least ten (10) Business Days or more full working days advance notice, then the Customer shall be liable to pay the following cancellation charges in the form of damages (“Cancellation Charges”) relating to this action, in addition to any specific costs relating to cancelling pre-booked travel arrangements and to unpaid Fees (if any) for any professional Services work that has been performed:
Cancellation of Professional Services. In the event that the Customer requests and schedules Professional Services to be supplied, and seeks to cancel the Professional Services prior to delivery, the Customer shall be required to pay the Professional Services Cancellation Fees, provided that Tribal has used reasonable efforts to find alternative work for the relevant Tribal personnel.
Cancellation of Professional Services. Notwithstanding the termination provisions of this Agreement and subject to this Section 3.5, the Parties agree that Licensee only has the right to cancel any particular Professional Service without terminating the Agreement in its entirety by providing Renaissance with written notice prior to Renaissance rendering such Professional Service and no later than the first anniversary of the date identified in the Quote for such Professional Service. If Licensee exercises its right to cancel a Professional Service for which Renaissance has already booked travel, Licensee shall pay Renaissance a one-time cancellation fee of $750. To the extent the Licensee does not schedule the Professional Services it purchases as identified in the Quote on or prior to the first anniversary of the date identified in the Quote for such Professional Service, Licensee shall have no right to cancel the Professional Service and will have no right to seek a refund from Renaissance.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Professional Services Warranty 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Personal Services 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.
