Cancellation Form. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Housing Portal under the “Student Housing Cancellation Form” found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Verbal requests for cancellation, in person or over the phone, nor written requests not submitted via the official cancellation form (see above), will not be accepted.
