Common use of Cancellation by You Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by You. Your initial $1,000 per person deposit is refundable through 11/9/23, less a $500 per person cancellation fee. Between 11/10/23 and 2/09/24, the cancellation charge is 50% of deposits paid. After 2/9/24 or non- appearance on departure day, 100% of the cost of your travel arrangements is forfeited.
