CANCELLATION AND REFUND. A seasonal may, at any time, terminate this lease agreement. Upon such termination, the seasonal shall be paid a refund calculated as follows: - by deducting 10% of the full Season Fee for each week or part of occupancy from the 1st of May until the full Fee is depleted. THEREAFTER, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
