Canceled Warrants. The Warrant Agent shall cancel any Warrant Certificate delivered to it for exercise, in whole or in part, or delivered to it for transfer, or for split-up, combination, exchange, or substitution and shall deliver to the Company, in a manner satisfactory to the Company, such canceled Warrant Certificates.
