Canadian Model. (a) Concurrence Except for the matters set out in articles 11.12(b) and 11.12(c) below, the Canadian Model dated October 2005, as updated by the 2010 Addendum [the “Canadian Model”], will be implemented by agreement under this Collective Agreement for the purposes set out in section 1.1 of the Canadian Model, and the Parties will co-operate with each other in achieving those purposes.
