Common use of Camps Clause in Contracts

Camps. a) Camps are not permitted within eighty (80) road kilometers of Regina or Saskatoon. b) In the event that a camp is being contemplated, CLR and the Iron Workers Local 771 will meet to discuss the necessity and feasibility of a camp. Prior to a camp being built, it must be approved by the CLR and the Iron Workers Local 771. c) All camps shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the camp standards of the Iron Workers Local 771. These standards are to be used as the minimum standards required for camps.
