• Vlastnictví Zdravotnické zařízení si ponechá a bude uchovávat Zdravotní záznamy. Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející převedou na Zadavatele veškerá svá práva, nároky a tituly, včetně práv duševního vlastnictví k Důvěrným informacím (ve smyslu níže uvedeném) a k jakýmkoli jiným Studijním datům a údajům.

• Authority of General Partner The General Partner shall have sole authority to manage the business and affairs of the Partnership, which authority shall be delegated as provided in this Agreement. • Rozhodné právo This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction over all disputes arising under this Agreement. Tato Smlouva bude vykládána a vymáhána v souladu s právním řádem České republiky. Veškeré spory vzešlé z této Smlouvy budou podléhat jurisdikci soudů České republiky.
