Common use of Callout Provisions Clause in Contracts

Callout Provisions. (a) An employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be compensated from the time he/she leaves his/her home to report for duty until the time he/she arrives back upon proceeding directly to and from work.

Callout Provisions. β€Œ (a) An A regular employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates. (b) A regular employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be compensated from the time he/she leaves his/her home to report for duty until the time he/she arrives back upon proceeding directly to and from work. (c) For the purposes of (1) and (2) above it is agreed that "callout" means that an employee has been called out without prior notice.
