Call Option Period. CVH shall be entitled to exercise the Call Option at the Exercise Price at any time during the period (such period, the “Call Option Period”) (i) commencing on the date on which the Option Price is paid and (ii) ending on the earlier of (x) sixty (60) days after the Regulatory Approval, (y) five (5) Business Days prior to the date on which the Merger is effective pursuant to the terms of the Preliminary Merger Agreement, and (z) one (1) year from July 7, 2017 (the “Outside Date”); provided, further that the Outside Date may be amended upon the mutual agreement by the Parties hereto.
Call Option Period. Wilon shall be entitled to exercise the Call Option at any time from the date of this Agreement through November 15, 2008 ("Call Option Expiration Date"), after which date the Call Option shall expire and be of no further force or effect; provided, if the Call Option is exercised by Wilon on or before the Call Option Expiration Date, the Call Option shall not expire but shall continue to be valid until the closing of the transfer of the membership interests that are subject to such Call Option in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 3.5.
Call Option Period. The period commencing at the first time (Melbourne time) on the first date that all of the Conditions are satisfied ('Satisfaction Time') and ending at 5.00 pm (Melbourne time) on the date that is twelve months after the date on which the Satisfaction Time occurs.

Call Option Period. Wilon shall be entitled to exercise the Call Option at any time from the first day following the making of the Capital Contribution by Bioverda US, if it occurs, through November 15, 2008 ("Call Option Expiration Date"), after which date the Call Option shall expire and be of no further force or effect; provided, if the Call Option is exercised by Wilon on or before the Call Option Expiration Date, the Call Option shall not expire but shall continue to be valid until the closing of the transfer of the Bioverda US GPRE Shares that are subject to such Call Option in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 3.5. In the event that (i) all or any portion of the Bioverda US GPRE Shares are subject to a holding period under which transfers are not permitted by the terms of any agreement between Bioverda US and GPRE or under applicable United States securities laws or regulations and (ii) the termination of such holding period is after November 15, 2008, the Call Option Expiration Date as to any Bioverda US GPRE Shares that are subject to such restriction shall be extended to the fifth Business Day following the expiration of such holding period.
Call Option Period. The Call Option may only be exercised after the date on which the last of the conditions set out in Article 8 have been satisfied or waived in accordance with Article 8 and if the Call Option is not exercised on or before the End Date, it shall lapse.
Call Option Period. Neptune may exercise the Call Option in its sole discretion at any time during the period commencing on (and including) January 1, 2023 and ending on (and including) December 31, 2023; provided that Neptune may extend such period until March 31, 2024 (the “Call Option Period”) by providing written notice of extension to MSEC, in its capacity as “Grantors’ Representative”, no later than December 31, 2023.
