Call Control Services Clause Samples

The Call Control Services clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to managing and directing telephone or voice communication services within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines how parties can initiate, route, monitor, or terminate calls using the service provider’s platform, and may specify technical requirements or limitations on usage. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand the scope and limitations of call management features, thereby preventing misuse and clarifying operational expectations.
