Call Back Pay Guarantee. An employee who is called back to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates. The Assistant Supervisor of Building Services will be paid one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for each hour he is required to be on standby.
