Call Back Overtime. A. Definition Call-back overtime is defined as overtime required of an employee who, following completion of the employee's assigned work day, is notified to and does report back to duty at the Court or alternative worksite designated by the Court. Contiguous overtime, or overtime assigned to be worked within one (1) hour after completion of the regular work shift, or overtime assigned by the Court Executive Officer or designee which is performed at a time convenient to the employee shall be excluded from the three (3) hour minimum unless such overtime is performed on a regular day off.

Contiguous overtime, or overtime assigned to be worked within one (1) hour after completion of the regular work shift, or overtime assigned by the Court Executive Officer or designee which is performed at a time convenient return to the employee shall be excluded from place of employment to perform the three (3) hour minimum unless such overtime is performed on a regular day offwork.
