Calendar Period. As used in the Loan Documents, the term “Calendar Period” shall mean either a calendar month or months or a calendar or fiscal (twelve month) year, as the context in which such term is used may suggest or require.

Calendar Period. Collectively, for the Debt Coverage Ratio (Extension), (i) in regards to the calculation of Gross Income attributable to those Leases that are not a Qualified Lease (Partial Percentage Rent) or Qualified Lease (Total Percentage Rent), each trailing three (3) consecutive calendar month period, (ii) in regards to the calculation of Gross Income attributable to those Leases that are a Qualified Lease (Partial Percentage Rent), for that portion of the Gross Income that is not related to a percentage calculation, each trailing three (3) consecutive calendar month period and for that portion of the Gross Income that is related to a percentage calculation, each trailing twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period, which shall be annualized in the event that such percentage rent portion is for a period less than such twelve (12) month period, (iii) in regards to the calculation of Gross Income attributable to those Leases that are a Qualified Lease (Total Percentage Rent), each trailing twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period, which shall be annualized in the event that such percentage rent is for a period less than such twelve (12) month period, (iv) in regards to the calculation of Gross Income attributable to normal and regular income with respect to the Mortgaged Property and the Land (Parking), including, without limitation, any income generated from the use of amenities within the Mortgaged Property and the Land (Parking), each trailing three (3) consecutive calendar month period, (v) in regards to the calculation of the Operating Expenses, each trailing twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period and (vi) in regards to the calculation of the Debt Service Requirements, each trailing twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period.
Calendar Period. A business month refers to the time period opening on the first day of the month and extending up until order entry closes on the last business day of the month. The Company’s offices are open Monday through Friday with the exception of Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving (should these holidays fall Monday to Friday).

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2.

  • Election Period The period which begins on the first day of the Plan Year in which the Participant attains age thirty-five (35) and ends on the date of the Participant’s death.   • VALUATION PERIOD Each Division will be valued at the end of each Valuation Period on a Valuation Date. A Valuation Period is each Business Day together with any non-Business Days before it. A Business Day is any day the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is open for trading, and the SEC requires mutual funds, unit investment trusts, or other investment portfolios to value their securities. ACCUMULATION VALUE The Accumulation Value of this Contract is the sum of the amounts in each of the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account. You select the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account to which to allocate the Accumulation Value. The maximum number of Divisions to which the Accumulation Value may be allocated at any one time is shown in the Schedule. ACCUMULATION VALUE IN EACH DIVISION ON THE CONTRACT DATE On the Contract Date, the Accumulation Value is allocated to each Division as elected by you, subject to certain terms and conditions imposed by us. We reserve the right to allocate premium to the Specially Designated Division during any Right to Examine contract period. After such time, allocation will be made proportionately in accordance with the initial allocation(s) as elected by you. ON EACH VALUATION DATE At the end of each subsequent Valuation Period, the amount of Accumulation Value in each Division will be calculated as follows:

  • Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
