Common use of Calendar Committee Clause in Contracts

Calendar Committee. The District agrees to establish a joint calendar committee composed of an equal number of district representatives, association representatives and other stakeholder representatives appointed by their respective groups. The size of this Committee shall be determined by mutual agreement of all Parties.
