Calculation of Yield. Not later than the 3rd Business Day immediately preceding each Periodic Reporting Date (as defined in clause (i) of the definition thereof), each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of Yield applicable to its Loans for the Calculation Period then most recently ended and shall notify Borrower of such aggregate amount.
