Calculation of Days. When any number of days is prescribed in this Agreement, same shall be reckoned exclusively of the first and inclusively of the last day, unless the last day falls on a day which is not a business day, in which case the last day shall be the next business day.

When the date for performance of any monetary obligation of any Member falls on a non-business day, such obligation need not be performed until the next-following Business Day.

Calculation of Days. In computing any period of time specified by the terms of this Agreement, the date of the act or event from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be included.
