Calculation and Notice. Prior to commencement of each Agreement Year, the Port shall provide the Operators a statement identifying the adjusted Value of the Site and the amount of any credits under Sections 6.1.3 and 6.1.4
Calculation and Notice. By May 31 of the year following the Purchase Period, the Authority shall reconcile the forecasted amounts paid by the Owner pursuant to Section IV(B) with the actual amounts that the Owner is obligated to pay for the same in accordance with Sections IV(A); provided, however, that there shall be no reconciliation for the Annual Administrative Charge or the Annual Capital Replacement Fund. The Authority shall provide the Owner with information in reasonable detail to support the Authority’s reconciliation calculations.
