Calculating Time. If anything is permitted or required to be done: (a) a number of days or Business Days before a specified date, the date by which that thing may or must be done is to be calculated excluding the specified date; Example: if the Settlement Date falls on a Friday, 2 days before the Settlement Date is Wednesday. Workspace or otherwise to enable settlement to occur on the Settlement Date.
