CAFA Notice. The Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 (“CAFA”) requires Post to inform certain federal and state officials about this Agreement and proposed Settlement. See 28 U.S.C. § 1715. Under the provisions of CAFA, the Class Administrator, on behalf of Post, will serve notice upon the appropriate officials within ten (10) calendar days after the Parties file the proposed Agreement with the Court. See 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b). The costs of such notice will be paid from the Settlement Fund.
