Common use of CAFA Notice Clause in Contracts

CAFA Notice. No later than ten (10) calendar days after the filing of the motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement, Defendants will serve the CAFA Notice in substantially the form attached as Exhibit E hereto on the Attorney General of the United States, the Secretary of the Department of Labor, and the attorneys general of all states in which Class Members reside, as specified by 28 U.S.C. § 1715.

CAFA Notice. No later than ten (10) calendar days after the filing of the motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement, Defendants will cause the Settlement Administrator to serve the CAFA Notice in substantially the form attached as Exhibit E hereto on the Attorney General of the United States, the Secretary of the Department of Labor, and the attorneys general of all states in which Class Members reside, as specified by 28 U.S.C. § 1715.

CAFA Notice.
