C3 HUB ONLINE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, C3 hereby agrees to provide the Customer with a non-‐exclusive license to access and use the C3 Hub online strictly as specified in the C3 Hub Order Form and solely for the Customer’s own internal business purposes. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of the C3 Hub is limited to a single environment, that is to say that the Customer’s C3 Yard Transactions and C3 Reservations Transactions must all be performed via a single uniform resource locator (URL). If the Customer wishes to use more than one environment, distinct C3 Hub Order Form for each environment, with specific subscription fees and options will need to be negotiated and agreed to by the parties.

If the Customer wishes to use more than one environment for production purposes, distinct C3 Hub Order Form for each environment, with specific subscription fees and options will need to be negotiated and agreed to by the parties. Nevertheless, depending on the C3 Service Program selected by the Customer and specified in its applicable C3 Hub Order Form an applicable number of distinct private test environments may be provided to the Customer for testing purposes only.
