C3 Credit Class. If update frequency measurements of C3 Credit Class components or systems do not meet C3 Service Levels in any given Service Level Measurement Period as described in the Performance Specification Matrix in Appendix 7 of the Registry Agreement, Registry Operator will credit the Registrar Community according to the following tables (which amount will be credited to the Registrars on a proportional basis as set forth above).
