C ontent Clause Samples
C ontent. The content on the App, including without limitation, the text, information, documents, descriptions, products, software, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, interactive features, and services (“Materials”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”, and together with the Materials, the “Content”), is the property of Playermaker and/or its licensors and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. “Playermaker” and the Playermaker logo are Marks of Playermaker and its affiliates. All other Marks used on the App are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.
C ontent. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, AI2 grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable, terminable, royalty-free license solely for you to access and use the Content via a web connection over the Internet solely for your internal purposes. You will not use the Content for any other purpose without obtaining advance written permission from AI2. Certain Content may contain materials that are subject to Third Party Terms. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to comply with such Third Party Terms, and AI2 will have no liability to you or for your use of any Content that is subject to Third Party Terms. AI2 may add, update, modify, remove, or delete any Content at any time in its sole discretion.
C ontent. Customer is responsible for the creation, editorial content, control, and all other aspects of content to be used solely in conjunction with the EnerGov Software.
C ontent. As between Customer and ▇▇▇▇▇▇, all right, title and interest in and to the Content is owned exclusively by Customer. Customer hereby grants to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the right to access and use the Content, solely as reasonably necessary to provide the Subscription Services. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership of and right to collect, use, process and transmit all Content, and acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ exercises no control whatsoever over any data passing through Customer’s site(s) (including any Content). ▇▇▇▇▇▇ provides only storage, processing and delivery services for Content, and is not the publisher of Content. Customer is responsible for all activity in User accounts.
