Common use of By the School Clause in Contracts

By the School. The School may terminate this Contract unilaterally and in advance when: a) The Student does not comply with the conditions of permanence established by the School and/or by the rules and regulations established by the legal or internal rules of the School, or when his/her Parents or Legal Guardians have failed to pay the charges and educational costs derived from or related to this Contract. b) In the event that the Parents or Legal Guardians fail to attend, for more than three (3) consecutive times, to meetings to which they have been individually summoned to discuss the Student's progress, various conferences, or other progress of the Student, various conferences, grade level meetings, or volunteer activities.
