Common use of By the Guild Clause in Contracts

By the Guild. Any grievance lodged by an Employee or the Guild shall be presented to a person designated for that purpose by the Employer. The maximum time for instituting a grievance concerning demotion, suspension, dismissal and all other disciplinary matters shall be thirty (30) days from the date of demotion, suspension, dismissal or disciplinary matter.
