By the Guild. Any grievance lodged by an Employee or the Guild shall be presented to a person designated for that purpose by the Employer. The maximum time for instituting a grievance concerning demotion, suspension, dismissal and all other disciplinary matters shall be thirty (30) days from the date of demotion, suspension, dismissal or disciplinary matter. A Double Registered Letter shall be sent or delivered by hand to the Employee concerned, if he requests it. The maximum time for instituting a grievance concerning issues other than the above shall be ninety (90) days.
