By the Executive Without Good Reason. The Executive may terminate her employment hereunder without Good Reason at any time upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to the Company. In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment in accordance with this Section 5(f), the Chief Executive Officer may elect to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, and, if the Chief Executive Officer so elects, the Company will pay the Executive the Base Salary for the period so waived.
