By the Access Holder Sample Clauses

By the Access Holder. Except as set out in clause 16.3 and clause 16.4, the Access Holder may not license, assign, novate, sell, trade, sub-licence or otherwise dispose (“transfer”) of this agreement, its interest in the subject matter of this agreement or any right under this agreement without the prior written consent of ARTC, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
