Common use of By January Clause in Contracts

By January. 31, teachers will submit dates they prefer to work during the July and August session. In establishing the work schedule, the Employer will take into consideration the work time preferences of the individual teacher, but given the needs of the program, reserve the right to specify the actual work periods required of each teacher. The work schedule will be finalized April 1.
